Many of our families pick their neighbors. Several families have bought getaways next to each other, parents, grandparents, brothers and sisters, just in case. Anyone who wants to get out of the city, enjoy nature and create a lasting legacy for their family.
Most people are new to rural living and want a different experience for their family, free from devices and traffic that distract us from what Matters.
Rural living is the perfect escape to a slower pace and the chance to make lasting memories for generations to come. More families lately have added independent water, electric and gas to their compounds – ask about how your new neighbors handled that.
Legends Texas buyers either purchase their ranch for a weekend getaway, to phase out to their ranch full time in the future or to make it their primary residence as soon as it’s ready.
